For commissions and art trades✧ Turn around time can be up to one month. Please be okay with this before commissioning / trading with me.✧ You have to credit me if posting / using my work.✧ Do not change the artwork I made. You can use it as reference, but do not edit over my art or trace it entirely.✧ I can send the artwork via Toyhouse, google drive or mail. If sent via toyhouse, do not change the credits.✧ You will have one to two instances to make changes when the drawing is still in process. After that, you can only ask for small changes.✧ (If commission) Payment is after I send you the clean sketch and you aprove it.✧ You can back off anytime before payment. After that, there won't be any refunds unless certain exceptions. You can ask for a partial refund depending on what stage of the drawing I am.✧ Overall, be nice! And feel free to ask anything you need before and/or during the process. It doesn't bother <3

For customs and adopts✧ You must have a TH account to own any of my designs/characters✧ Do not delete their TH profile nor the OG design/artwork. If you redesign them put my work on another tab.✧ Credit me for the design on it's TH and if you post it to trade/resell it. Do not claim it as your original design.✧ Lmk if you trade/resell it and who you are giving the character to. They must have a TH too✧ You are open to do changes to its design, name, pronouns, etcetera as long as you keep them recognizable. You may not, however, change its skin color to a lighter one.✧ Do not sell it for more that what you paid for it unless it has additional art✧ Don't sell, trade, gift, etc to someone that's in my blacklist✧ Character will be put on Hold until I receive the payment/art/trade/etc, then it will be transfered to you
